Cleaning methods must suit the surface. Please tell us if you know a surface is fragile, damaged, loose, poorly sealed or previously repaired. Cleaning removes surface dirt and cannot repair existing damage, and it may reveal faults that were hidden by dirt. We cannot promise that every mark or stain will be removed.

10. Items and surfaces needing special treatment

Please tell us before the visit about any items or surfaces that need special care, such as historic or stained glass, leaded lights, specialist coatings, or unsealed or delicate materials. We will tell you whether we can carry out the work and how.

11. Cancelling and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will do the same if we need to change a date.
